Things to consider:

*Your carefully selected Long Wool Sheepskin Rug may have been tightly packaged for the journey home. This may cause it to appear flattened. It is important to note that wool fibres are very resilient and will bounce back to their original springy appearance.

A vigorous shake will help restore the soft, fluffy appearance of the wool. Any fold marks from packaging will disappear once the skin has been removed from the package after several days. You can also use a slicker brush to gently fluff the wool back up. We also recommend placing the sheepskin rugs out of direct sunlight, or moving them around on a regular basis. Direct strong sunlight and UV may cause colour dyed sheepskin to change in colour over time.

Please note as these are 100% natural products, the colour may vary slightly between rugs and what is seen on a computer screen. Our ivory sheepskin rug is a natural off-white colour. We don’t use bleach in our natural sheepskin rugs to ensure the wool stays softs and silky and is safe for all. If you are planning to buy 2 or more of the same colour, we recommend ordering them together in one order. As colour dyes can vary slightly between batches, we cannot guarantee that rugs sent in separate orders will be identical. However, if placed together, our team will do our best to check and select matching colours for you.
